The Prinster family are first-generation farmers who traded in city lights for starlit skies, and haven’t looked back. What started as a dream quickly grew into a passion — raising mini Highland cows, the gentle, shaggy-haired treasures of Scotland known for their calm nature, hardy build, and irresistible charm.
Our cows are more than livestock — they’re part of the family. Carefully bred for temperament and conformation, our mini Highlands are socialized from an early age and given the freedom to roam, graze, and grow in a peaceful mountain setting. Whether you’re looking to add a charismatic companion to your farm or simply admire these majestic animals, we invite you to follow their stories and share in the joy they bring.
While our herd may steal the spotlight, we’re also proud to grow fresh, Fraser Fir Christmas trees that light up homes and hearts during the holiday season.
